ENROLMENT FOR 2011/12
Dear Parents
We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of the planned restart of a new Scouting year for your Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers. Please note the following date for your diaries:
Sunday September 4th – Re-enrollment + Welcome back event
Before our regular meetings resume we would like you all to re-enroll your Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers for the 2011/2012 year. For this purpose you are invited to attend an enrollment day that is being planned for at St. Johns International School, Timbertops facility from 12.30pm – 4pm.
Here you can enroll for the next year and we will also have our brief Annual General Meeting. We will also be selling hot food in the form of a BBQ and soft drinks at this event.
It is most important that at least one parent from each family should attend. Not only is this necessary to re-enroll but we would also appreciate your input and suggestions for the forthcoming year.
As usual you will have the opportunity to speak with the Section Leaders, meet the new and previous Group committee members as well as enjoy the day of fun events that are being organized.
